Please warn children of the inflatables anchor points (if appropriate) and make the area behind the inflatable where the electric blower is situated inaccessible to children.
The equipment must be returned in an acceptable condition, i.e clean, unsoiled and undamaged. If it is badly soiled or damage the hirer will be expected to pay an addition charge to cover the cleaning costs and our loss of earnings if the equipment is rendered out of use for any reason ( please note - a cleaning cost of £30 per inflatable/soft play set /ball pool will be incurred if the equipment is very dirty upon collection.

No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the equipment.
Never switch off the blower when an inflatable is in use. Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable during inflation or deflation as this is extremely dangerous.
In the event of rain, all users must come off the inflatable but leave it inflated. After rain showers, any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel. Please ensure it is completely dry before using it again as wet equipment will be extremely slippery and could lead to injury.
In the event that the blower stops working, ensure all users exit the inflatable immediately. Make sure the blower tube has not come loose, the deflation sips are still closed and that nothing is obstructing the blower, failing all of this, please contact us for further assistance.
Only use electrical equipment that we have supplied to you, as we ensure that it meets all health and safety guidelines.
Do not allow any person to interfere, adjust or repair and electrical item, even if qualified to do so. This may result in an additional cost for the replacement or repair of damaged parts.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that there is adequate space in the area where the equipment is to be set up - this includes ensuring that indoor areas are high enough to accommodate the height of the inflatable(s).
We reserve the right to refuse hire if the hirer or venue is deemed to be unsuitable by us.
You must deflate the uint if wind exceeds 24 mph. We also hold the right to cancel your hire should wind speed be predicted as unsafe leading up to and on the day of your event, as the safety of your users is our utmost priority.
